Jocelyne McGeever has been involved as a practitioner in the development and launch of over two dozen new products and technologies in various industries. She started her career in R&D and Technical Support then transitioned to Technical Sales and Marketing. After being a technology entrepreneur, she founded and ran a consulting firm specializing in harnessing innovation as a source of growth.
In Chief Marketing Officer roles for major businesses, she was able to use her experience with New Product Development processes to turn U.S. centered New Product Development (NPD) into a global process, rebuild the pool of new product ideas, shorten the time to market by up to 3 years, kick commercialization of already developed products in high gear, and in one case, implement a New Product Development process from scratch in just one month. Along the way, she has coached multiple teams into working together to make New Product Development a profitable endeavor.
She holds a Masters Degree in Materials Engineering from Ecole Centrale de Paris and a MBA with major in Marketing from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. She is the author of several patents.

Casey McGeever started his career in Applications Engineering and Technical Sales where he was involved in numerous new product launches in widely varied industrial markets. As Director of Innovation for Liquid Air, he commercialized research and established partnerships. He also licensed technologies in and out of companies, from US and foreign universities and from international technical institutes.
